Dear ANA DC Convention Organizing Committee Members,
Please find attached the 2011 ANA DC Convention Financial Statements for your review and comments. This is a draft. We will finalize the statements as soon as I hear from you. The financial results are as follow:
The statement of income and expenses summarizes the transactions for a period of ANA DC Convention from June 30, 2011 to July 3, 2011. The income and expenses are classified by budget category to facilitate comparison with the final proposed budget as of May 28, 2011. This gives the ANA Organization Committee a measurement of the 29th ANA DC Convention’s financial results.

I am very proud of our organizing committee and finance teams. We worked professionally and self-lessly to have a positive financial result. It is a great achievement and our community should recognize our efforts and hard work. I spent few days to collect the information. As promised, we should release the financial statements today. Our community members are earger to hear the financial results.
With a collective effort, I want to proof that we can do better job financially and managerially with proper financial planning and implementation strategies.

| Revenue of $53,625 from Registration and Events is allocated based upon programs and tentative tickets sold from July 1 through July 3. This revenue allocation may change as per the actual report produced by Mrigendra - Registration System. Revenue of $19,890 from online registration as of June 30, 2011 has been allocated based upon the actual registration information. The Final Hotel bill has not yet received. The Hotel expense is calculated based upon the original contract. The net surplus from the ANA DC Convention may vary based upon the revenue - expense information received subsequent to today's statement. |

ANNOUNCEMENT
Interim Executive Team Officers of the ANA-Association of the Nepalis in Americas
On July 3, 2011 the general body meeting of the ANA-Association of the Nepalis in Americas unanimously decided to bestow Tsewang Sherpalama as the Interim Executive President of ANA-Association of the Nepalis in Americas, with the responsibility and authority to preserve the institutional integrity and continuity of the ANA-Association of the Nepalis in Americas till the next elected officers takes the oath of offices.
Thus, it is my honor and privilege to announce following respectable associates members in the Nepali Diaspora in Americas to serve as Interim Executive Team Officers of the ANA-Association of the Nepalis in Americas till the next elected officers takes the oath of offices.

The prerequisites are that Interim Executive Team Officers shall not be a candidate for, and not extend personal endorsement and/or campaign on behalf of particular candidates for upcoming ANA election 2011.
